Your order is guaranteed by DD on the basis of the rate specified in the price paid for the products purchased. Please inspect the shipment and count the number of cartons before signing the receipt. In case of any discrepancies, please contact Palco. Otherwise contact our customer service department at Diplomatic Depot in writing and inform DD accordingly. In order for us to process your claim quickly and efficiently, we kindly ask you to enclose a copy of the following documentation: Invoice, delivery note, non-delivery/short landing certificate, and any other relevant documents that may be of importance.
*Damages and/or missing cartons
Visible damages/missing cartons: Sea, Air, Truck & Courier: Upon confirmation Immediately send us an email that goods are damaged/missing and make a precise statement describing which pallet or cartons are broken/missing. If possible, take pictures of any damage.
Non visible damages/missing cartons: Claims must be made within the 4 days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods. If you do not make your claim within the timeframes above, your right to claim expires
*Inspection of Products
We check all products arriving at our warehouse to ensure the quality and ensure they are of a high standard.
